So about the place, it's a beautiful apartment, about 50 sqm, in the center of Arnhem. It's furnished, it also has towels, sheets, and plates, it has a balcony and it's on the 2nd floor. The rent is 1557€ per month excl the utility costs, personally for me gas, electricity, and water were on average 100€ per month so I would say a max would be 150€ for someone who needs extra heat during the winter.
